100 Years of Wire Manufacturing<\/h2>\n

At 8pm on 25th September 1919, the first rod was drawn into Wire at the Newcastle Wire Mill.<\/p> Learn more<\/a>\n\t

Galvanized Manufacturing Wire<\/h4>\n

Galvanized manufacturing wire can be used in numerous applications including welded meshes, bucket handles, coat hangers, cable armouring and masonry wall ties. The galvanizing process applies metallic zinc coatings, an effective way of combating corrosion.<\/p>\n

Recycling & Packaging Wire<\/h4>\n

Balomatic baling wire is ideal for use in paper recycling and suited to a variety of automatic baling systems where it offers a consistent, economic performance. Annealed Tie Wire is used in applications where extreme ductility is required including the galvanizing and steel bundling industries.<\/p>\n

Bright Low Carbon Wire<\/h4>\n

Used for automotive and agricultural components, shopfitting’s and shelving where finished components are subsequently electroplated, powder coated or painted to the desired customer finish. Bright low carbon wire is cold drawn to the required diameter and not subjected to further treatment processes.<\/p>\n

High Carbon Wires<\/h4>\n

Our bright & galvanized wire product is used in the manufacture of mechanical springs, trampolines & bedding. Screen Wire is a high-tensile product primarily used in quarrying and mining industries to produce woven screen mesh. Roping Wire is used by the mining industry in haul ropes, dump ropes, drag ropes, bridge strand and conveyor applications.<\/p>\n

Concrete Reinforcing Wires<\/h4>\n

Hard Drawn reinforcing wires are used for concrete pipes, cages & meshes. End uses for low relaxation wire include railway sleepers, fence posts & bed edging. Our wire for reinforcing is manufacture in accordance with Australian Standard AS\/NZS 4671.<\/p>\n

Security Fencing Wire<\/h4>\n
